3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 200jl is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 200jl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords with any other person. 200jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. 200jl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant account balances or to close inactive accounts following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 200jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted payment methods may change at 200jl's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) or such other amount as displayed on the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. 200jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 200jl platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at 200jl's discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 200jl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. 200jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
4.6 Player Funds. 200jl holds player funds in accounts separate from its operational accounts. This does not, however, constitute a guarantee of the availability of player funds in all circumstances.
5.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 200jl are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. 200jl reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 200jl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, exploitation of technical errors or loopholes, coordinated wagering with other players to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed abusive at 200jl's sole discretion.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to players who are eligible under these Terms and who meet the specific eligibility criteria of the individual promotion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to responsible gaming restrictions may not be eligible for promotional offers.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 200jl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. 200jl is not responsible for losses arising from failure to understand game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting gameplay, 200jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 200jl will not be liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from technical errors.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 200jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
10.2 200jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 200jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 200jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform.
200jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 200jl.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
200jl processes player data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
12.1 By You. You may close your 200jl account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deducting bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.2 By 200jl. 200jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) 200jl suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) regulatory requirements demand account closure; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to 200jl, other players, or third parties.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account by 200jl for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and 200jl's internal procedures.
200jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 200jl platform. This does not prevent 200jl from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief.
